Behind "EzaZ"

Michael Ezat Cook, known as Ezat Azur, has been a musician, ever since he was little. He began singing in choirs and musicals growing up and later moved on to more solo performances. The first being at The Azur in Hastings, hence the name. He then went on to study production to be able to bring his original music to life. He subsequently went on to perform in various venues in Brighton and Hastings. This lead on to being scouted for X Factor twice.

Ezat is a singer, songwriter and producer, who creates original covers and creative songs which mainly focus on deep meanings with catchy beats. These range from the feel good vibes from "Save" to the depths and peaks of "High". Having a wide range of variety allows Ezat to divulge into his multifaceted personality, producing all the emotions under the sun. This can translate into a song about helping others to himself, falling to rising, sadness to happiness, or just something for fun. Being able to produce as well has helped him flesh out all his songwriting ideas and allowing his vocals to flourish on more than just other peoples works.

The name "Ezat Azur" comes from two major influences in his life, his Persian heritage, and the Blue that runs through his veins. In fact, Ezat is the name his grandfather was called, who although passed on, was always a great role and positive influence in Ezat's early years. Ezat also likes to show his ethnicity in his style, dark striking eyebrows, long black lashes and coffee tinted skin cement the whole look that is, Ezat Azur. This combined with the touches (and some explosions!) of Blue show his vibrant personality and calming nature.

So, if you're after really great electronic, dramatic, innovative, sophisticated music with a vocal range that would make a choir blush, try a lil' Azur for the ears!
